Job Description
Have proven track record for 6+ years as a project manager
Should have experience track, report and analyse team productivity mapped to assigned task
Owning the daily status and weekly status report to client team, sending project reports and tracking the project deliverables
Establishes and implements the strategic direction of the company's engineering and development initiatives
Should have hands-on knowledge for JIRA, Confluence project management tools, Aha.io tool knowledge preferred
Effective communication skills with can-do attitude, should have experience working in different time zones including with client side exposure
Should be able to track team’s deliverable and help in removing the roadblocks for delivery, co-ordination with client team, vendor teams and onsite team
Should be able to sync with account management team for create, track and report teams activities for billing purpose, onboarding/offboarding team members, help in invoicing for revenue purpose
Identifies, recommends, and implements new technologies, products and tools to strengthen the value, speed and quality of deliverables
Establishes, communicates, and implements engineering and development policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent operations.
Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in engineering and development related to the organizations industry
Continually building and improving client relationships, both new and existing. Staying connected to changing client needs
Staying connected to the engineering community, to build relationships, with the intent of building staff, design team structure, and culture
Promote and in still a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency to the software/business processes
Be an evangelist for technology & represent the company in external forums
Continuous support for recruitments, interviews and learning and development
