About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Power BI Lead / BI Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level BI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Power BI, Snowflake, ETL, and Microsoft Fabric, with a strong background in data modeling and visualization to deliver actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that align with business requirements.

  • Lead end-to-end BI solution design from data ingestion (ETL) to visualization and reporting.

  • Integrate Power BI with Snowflake and other data platforms.

  • Develop efficient data pipelines using ETL tools and best practices.

  • Utilize advanced Power Query (M Language) and DAX functions to build complex measures and calculations.

  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.

  • Implement Microsoft Fabric features to enhance BI performance and data integration.

  • Optimize Power BI datasets and visuals for performance, scalability, and usability.

  • Stay current with the latest Power BI updates, features, and industry trends.

  • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all BI solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Snowflake, and ETL tools.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data transformation.

  • Expertise with Power Query (M Language) and DAX for advanced analytics.

  • Proven ability to design scalable and secure BI architectures.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric for BI and data management.

  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Synapse, or Data Factory.

  • Experience with data governance frameworks and security configurations in BI.

  • Knowledge of reporting automation and performance tuning.

  • Strong analytical mindset and leadership in BI project delivery.
