Job Description:

We are seeking a UI Developer with strong experience in Web Accessibility (A11y) to design and build user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and fully compliant with accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accessible, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies.

  • Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and ARIA standards.

  • Conduct accessibility audits using tools like axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, or NVDA/JAWS.

  • Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure accessibility is built into the design and development process.

  • Implement semantic HTML, proper color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader-friendly elements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve accessibility issues across browsers and devices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

  • Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Proven expertise in Web Accessibility and inclusive design.

  • Familiarity with ARIA roles, semantic markup, and accessible form design.

  • Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).

  • Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
