In this position, you will be tasked with provisioning and supporting proprietary applications specific to the collision repair industry. As long as you are comfortable with technology, have great customer service skills, a great work ethic and professional, will offer training.

IT Back Office Analyst Tier 2 Support Job Description:
The IT Back Office Analyst position is responsible for providing technical assistance relating to business systems, aspects of software and some hardware issues. Analyst works with provisioning requests and errors, isolates problems, determines and implements solutions. Analysts must display superior customer service skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Role provides support to shops and corporate teammates regarding procedural questions, requests, creates knowledge material, and completes project assigned work.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Demonstrates and upholds company values and policies
* Accepts support calls and self-service tickets
* Provides provisioning and technical support for applications utilized by team members (Ex: CCC, Hyperdrive, and Power BI)
* Strives for first contact resolution on every tickets
* Completes quality work in a timely and efficiently manner to provide the best support for team members
* As needed, escalates issues based on priority and escalation procedures
* Supports Help Desk and ITAM and other IT Departments as needed
