  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks, business needs, and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Develop and maintain data models, governance policies, and robust integration strategies with enterprise platforms such as AWS S3, Snowflake, and the Master Data Management application, using APIs, Integration Hub, and secure data exchange protocols.
  • Drive quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with security standards.
  • Continuously optimize processes and solutions to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Engagement & Delivery
  • Translate business requirements into actionable ServiceNow and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions for the vendor domain, in close partnership with Product Management.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects, spanning planning, design, development, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring delivery excellence, adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Drive the creation of agile user stories from business requirements as outlined by the Product Manager, and serve as the liaison between Product, ServiceNow, Master Data Management (MDM), and other delivery teams to ensure successful execution of the defined scope.
  • Build and evolve ServiceNow offerings and capabilities.

Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow Admins, and developers.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and adoption of best practices.
  • Inspire and develop talent, ensuring a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Be a servant leader, leading the team by example and delivering 50% of time hands on keyboard development.

Qualifications:
