We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product Safety Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet global safety standards and can be commercialized with confidence. The ideal candidate will have experience in safety engineering for data center hardware and infrastructure, with a strong understanding of international compliance standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product Safety Engineer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet global safety standards and can be commercialized with confidence. The ideal candidate will have experience in safety engineering for data center hardware and infrastructure, with a strong understanding of international compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure safety certifications in accordance with IEC 60950, IEC 62368-1, or similar standards.
- Conduct and support safety compliance testing; prepare CB test reports.
- Collaborate with lab technicians to develop test plans and provide operational guidance.
- Evaluate consumer electronics, batteries, and medical devices for safety compliance.
- Analyze technical documentation and test results to determine regulatory compliance.
- Perform component-level safety analysis of electrical circuits and assemblies.
- Conduct and support Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
- Identify safety hazards using engineering fundamentals and logical analysis.
- Interpret and apply safety standards to innovative technologies and designs.
- Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Review and approve engineering drawings for safety compliance.
- Support manufacturing teams to enhance processes and ensure product safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement safety requirements.
- Participate in escalation activities and risk mitigation efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data center design and safety engineering
- Familiarity with data center equipment such as servers, racks, and power distribution systems
- Knowledge of CB Scheme and international safety certifications
- Understanding of live maintenance and redundant systems in mission-critical environments
