Job : Project Portfolio Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA, USA
Responsibilities:
Guide executive-level stakeholders using industry standards in a specific discipline or field of specialization.
Consult with clients to define business needs or problems.
Conduct research, studies, and surveys to gather data.
Analyze problems and advise or recommend business and technical solutions based on hands-on experience.
Perform detailed audits and analyses to identify obstacles and recommend solutions.
Provide consulting services to governmental entities related to specific technologies or fields of specialization.
Mentor and guide agency personnel and leadership.
Analyze data to determine solutions, including process modifications, equipment changes, or redesign of products/services.
Advise clients or department heads on alternative solutions or recommend specific solutions.
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Extensive experience in consulting services to governmental entities.
Expertise in related technical fields or areas of specialization.
Ability to utilize knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and assertiveness.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficient experience with ServiceNow platform.
Strong experience in project management methodologies (PMBOK), preferably Waterfall or Kanban.
PMI s CAPM or PMP certification
