Job Title : Telecom Incident ManagerĀ
Location : Miami, FL
Duration : 12 months Contract
Interview : Three rounds of video interview
Rate: $50/hr

Strong experience in Telecom OSS domain with Order management, Inventory, Provisioning, Service fulfillment and activation domains.
Capable to run the Incident Management bridges technically
Should have strong understanding on ITIL Concepts.
Should have basic understanding of mediation, rating, billing, provisioning, network elements concepts.
Should have hands-on experience in end customer's Order processing handling with billing and provisioning systems.
Experience with Unix scripting language is an added advantage.
Having knowledge on any automation tools like Python or any RPA tools like Blueprism, UIPath will be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with all phases of projects, especially Incident/Problem and Change Management.
Should have understanding on Ticket prioritizing based on impact/urgency, SLA, RCA, etc.,
Collaborate with multiple teams in order to uncover, analyze, and resolve client issues.
