Product Information Management (PIM) Developer with Stibo platform experience:
Position Overview
- We are looking for a skilled Product Information Management (PIM) Developer with hands-on experience in the Stibo STEP platform to design, configure, and maintain enterprise-level PIM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust data models, integrating systems, and ensuring accurate and efficient management of product information across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Stibo STEP Development & Configuration
- Configure and customize Stibo STEP PIM platform to meet business requirements.
- Develop data models, workflows, and business rules for product data governance.
- Integration & Automation
- Design and implement integrations between PIM and ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and other enterprise systems.
- Automate data ingestion, enrichment, and syndication processes.
- Data Quality & Governance
- Implement data validation rules, taxonomy, and attribute structures.
- Ensure compliance with data standards and governance policies.
- System Maintenance & Support
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates or patches.
- Provide technical support and training for end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, IT, and marketing teams to align PIM capabilities with organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product data workflows.
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Proven experience with Stibo STEP PIM platform (configuration, customization, and administration).
- Strong understanding of PIM principles, data modeling, and taxonomy design.
- Proficiency in APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Java, Groovy), and SQL for integrations.
- Experience
- 3+ years in PIM development or related roles.
- Experience integrating PIM with ERP, eCommerce, and DAM systems.
- Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and master data management (MDM).
- Familiarity with cloud-based PIM solutions and SaaS environments.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, ETL processes, and workflow automation tools.
