Job Title: Delivery Manager
Duration: 6+ Months (possible extension or full-time hire)
Location: Des Moines, IA 50392
Work Model: Hybrid 3 days onsite

Overview:

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to support two product teams. This role will act as a Scrum Master and ensure delivery progress against the product roadmap. The Delivery Manager should be able to work with strong personalities, manage dependencies, and break down work into clear, actionable tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for two product teams.

  • Ensure progress towards the product roadmap.

  • Break down work into manageable tasks.

  • Handle risks, blockers, and dependencies across teams.

  • Support teams in transitioning to a product mindset.

  • Communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience as Delivery Manager / Scrum Master.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices.

  • Good at handling challenging discussions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
