Our Health Engineering Solutions team works side by side with customers to articulate a vision for success, and then make it happen. We know success doesn't happen by accident. It takes the right team of people, working together on the right solutions for the customer. We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Engineer who will be a key driver to make this happen.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to help define system landscape, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment.
  • Strong practical deployment knowledge of Flows, Lightning components, VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, Reports and Dashboard and AppExchange deployment
  • Develop and configure Salesforce custom applications and performing unit testing.
  • Perform data migration and recommend Salesforce.com integration strategies with different business systems including working use of leading integration tools.
  • Create deliverables including but not limited to requirements specifications, status reports, project plans and design deliverables (use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids)
  • Work with other IT members in technical strategies in developing solutions to address issues and business processes.
  • Participating in Agile processes including daily standups, demos, retrospectives, and sprint planning
  • Working closely with designers and engineers to gather and implement product, front-end, and back-end requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine and review application requirements.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure team deliverables are vetted against best practices.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving problems of the platform.
  • Stay abreast of new features and updates of technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Development with proficiency in object-oriented design skills and design patterns.
  • 6+ months of Copado experience
  • Adept in agile development methodology and tools.
  • Must have resided in the United States 3 of the last 5 years.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust clearance
  • Must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US.


Desired Qualifications:

  • One or more Salesforce developer certifications: Developer I, Developer II, Platform App builder, Salesforce CI/CD/CT.
  • Copado certification preferred
  • 1+ year of experience with web programming such as: JSP, JSF, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Experience in health cloud implementation and development.
  • Knowledge of Omni channel routing.
  • Knowledge of call center set-up.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Aura components to use API and build functionality.
  • Knowledge of managed packages related to CTI.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate with business stakeholders, users, and development team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment against aggressive deadlines.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
