Job Details

The job profile for this position is Agile Product Owner Advisor which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.

Responsibilities-
  • Understand key business objectives and supplemental product strategy to serve as an effective customer proxy.
  • Leverage agile approaches to build products by iterating and adjusting with new insights and ideas.
  • Ensure business stakeholders and owners are engaged and supportive of project direction.
  • Collaborate with solution managers and business owners to ensure projects maximize value and align with product strategy.
  • Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring stories clearly communicate stakeholder needs to the development team.
  • Facilitate communication with team to clarify stories as necessary.
  • Participate in Agile Cadences such as Program Increment Planning, Team Demos, Retrospective, Inspect and Adapt.
  • Oversee the release of new capabilities and products with benefit validation. Virtual/work from home benefit available.

Qualifications-

Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 2 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field and 5 years of IT experience).

Must have experience with: healthcare industry experience; translating business needs into technical specifications; defining business requirements; utilizing requirements documentation software to report functional requirements; writing acceptance criteria; software delivery through Agile methodology; developing user screens, wireframes, screen navigation, and sitemaps; database queries; data analysis; data modeling; data requirements and specifications; testing and quality control of software products; conducting functional and regression testing within applications; process mapping; use cases; process flow; and creating Visio workflow diagrams.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
