Job Summary:

Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Project Lead / Manager to spearhead the full lifecycle implementation and management of their Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, strong project management acumen, and a proven track record of delivering complex ERP solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management:

  • Lead Implementations: Direct and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects from initial planning and initiation through deployment, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Scope & Planning: Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, and critical success criteria.
  • Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and realistic timelines (WBS). Monitor project progress, proactively identifying deviations and adjusting plans to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and bottlenecks, developing and executing comprehensive mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison, collaborating closely with various business units (e.g., Finance, Procurement), IT teams, and external implementation vendors.
  • Reporting: Communicate project status, key milestones, critical risks, and dependencies effectively to executive leadership and all relevant stakeholders.

Functional & Technical Guidance:

  • System Configuration: Translate complex business requirements and processes into practical Oracle Fusion system configurations, workflows, and functional design documents.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Provide expert guidance on key Oracle Fusion Cloud modules, including but not limited to Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA), Procurement (PO, Sourcing), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience managing Oracle ERP projects, with a minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience leading or managing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong, in-depth understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture, implementation methodology, and core modules (Financials, Procurement, PPM).
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and resources using formal project management methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical and project information to both technical teams and executive audiences.
