Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sabre GDS Administrator to lead and support the migration from Travelport to Sabre. The ideal candidate must have hands-on Sabre configuration expertise, strong understanding of ticketing workflows, and deep experience handling PNRs, queues, and Sabre administration tools. This role requires excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the GDS migration from Travelport to Sabre.
Configure and manage Sabre PCCs, user access, queues, and printer setups.
Assist with migration or recreation of PNRs, profiles, queues, and templates.
Provide expertise on Air Bookings, Refunds, Exchanges, and ticketing processes.
Troubleshoot issues and support testing before, during, and after the migration.
Maintain detailed documentation of configuration, processes, and changes.
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal teams post-migration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and error-free migration.
Required Skills & Experience
3 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sabre administration.
Strong understanding of:
PCC configuration
IATA/ARC ticketing setup
PNR handling and workflows
Queue management
Expertise in Air Bookings (refunds, reissues, exchanges).
Experience with:
Sabre Red 360
Sabre Desktop
Sabre IUR
Sabre Admin Tools
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred
Agentforce experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience supporting online travel agency (OTA) environments.
