Job Description

Title: Business Analyst - IAM
Location: Woodland Hills, CA / Remote

Summary:
The Business Analyst, Identity and Access Management will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maturing IAM solutions. In this role, the BA analyses, identifies and documents requirements in support of the Enterprise IAM program.

Key Experience:

• Business Analysis Expertise
• Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform
• Onboarding applications in Saviynt. Must know different integration patterns such as AD, Delimited, JDBC, Web Services/API, and LDAP
• ServiceNow knowledge understands integration and workflow with Saviynt
• Knowledge on how to troubleshoot in Saviynt.
• Knowledge on role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties ((SoD) (this is for audit purpose). Be able to define roles. Need someone that understands that and knows what it means.
• IAM Solutions Experience
• Must be familiar with IT Service Management concepts including ITIL, SLAs, and Change Control

Responsibilities:

• Wholistic understanding of IAM concepts and best practices with experience assessing and prescribing optimal IAM controls based on risk, policy, and organizational needs.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including utilizing these technologies for authorization, authentication, and provisioning.
• Advanced experience analyzing complex business processes and systems to develop business requirements and functional specifications.
• Responsible for onboarding applications in Saviynt and integration and workflow between ServiceNow and Saviynt.
• Advanced experience identifying analysis-related tasks.
• Independent self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing test approaches and test execution plans for projects varying in size and duration.
• Required strong analytical and computer skills with business applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, reporting & presentation software and/or data management.
• Work as part of an engineering and development team
• Must be able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to accommodate different time zones for a global organization.
• Primary duties will center around working with application and ServiceNow teams to define requirements, document clear requirements including wireframe diagrams, and creation of documentation related to integrations and workflows.

Qualifications:

• B.S./B.A. degree in relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Business Analysis and IAM Expertise.
• Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform experience.
• Onboarding applications in Saviynt. Must know different integration patterns such as AD, Delimited, JDBC, Web Services/API, and LDAP
• ServiceNow knowledge understands integration and workflow with Saviynt
• Knowledge on how to troubleshoot in Saviynt.

• Deep, demonstrated knowledge of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud platform, with significant experience designing and leading application integrations across a diverse portfolio of applications and platforms.
• Wholistic understanding of IAM concepts and best practices with experience assessing and prescribing optimal IAM controls based on risk, policy, and organizational needs.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, including utilizing these technologies for authorization, authentication, and provisioning.
• Advanced experience analyzing complex business processes and systems to develop business requirements and functional specifications.
• Advanced experience identifying analysis-related tasks.
• Independent self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing test approaches and test execution plans for projects varying in size and duration.
• Required strong analytical and computer skills with business applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, reporting & presentation software and/or data management.
• Experience with Automated testing tools, Azure DevOps or other development lifecycle apps, familiarity with the Agile methodology.
