Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Operations is a strategic and tactical leader responsible for overseeing and managing the company's day-to-day operations. This role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement to support the company's growth and success.



Prior experience leading digital/e-commerce fulfillment operations is required.



Prior experience in process improvement, change management, and/or digital transformation is required.
