Key Required Skills:.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups.
- 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and transform scripts.
- 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Software Asset Management (SAM)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Required Skills:
- Solid ServiceNow ITOM Developer knowledge and experience (Software Asset Management, CMDB, MID Server and Discovery)
- Skills with using JavaScript, REST and SOAP integrations
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder
- Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflow
Desired Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Software Asset Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Data Import experience
- Agile development
- System integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.)
- JavaScript, REST and SOAP integrations
- Experience with process flow documentation creation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 years of prior relevant experience.
