Tableau / AWS QuickSight Administrator Developer

Dallas, TX (Remote with Travel)

Action Items

Focus on finding administrators with development capabilities rather than pure developers

Emphasis on candidates with experience in cloud migrations and platform transitions

Begin search for Tableau/QuickSight administrator with development skills

Target candidates with cloud migration experience

Hiring Timeline and Availability

Team is available to start immediately, including December hiring

No planned time off for the existing team during holiday season

Preference for January start date but flexible if right candidate is found earlier

Requirements

Primary Focus: Tableau and AWS QuickSight administration

Support existing Tableau server platform (currently managed by two employees)

Lead transition from Tableau to AWS QuickSight over multi-year timeline

Maintain both platforms during transition period

Technical Skills Needed:

Tableau administration experience (high priority)

AWS QuickSight proficiency (high priority)

Basic development capabilities

Windows Server administration (nice to have)

Alteryx experience (lower priority)

Work Environment: Remote position with regular on-site visits, similar to current arrangement with Robbie

Skills manager sent over:

Tableau, Alteryx Administrator - Experience in Administering On-premise, Hosted in AWS Accounts, and SaaS
