Job Title: Technical Lead Mobile Interface Migration (React Native / Front-End, Hands-On)

Location: Atlanta, GA (100% Onsite) Duration: Contract-to-Hire Rate: $70 80/hr Corp to Corp Start Date: ASAP Reports To: Director of Digital Technology Delivery

Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead to drive a mobile interface migration project using React Native and modern front-end technologies.

This is not a purely architectural role we need a technical leader who codes daily, leads from the front, and has experience working in on-premise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-impact mobile migration initiative leveraging React Native and modern front-end technologies
  • Function as a player-coach, staying fully hands-on with coding, while mentoring and guiding a small engineering team
  • Migrate legacy mobile and web interfaces to a modern, scalable architecture
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, DevOps, UI/UX, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Work closely with the Digital Technology Delivery Director to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Set coding standards, lead peer reviews, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced on-prem environment

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 8 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead role
  • Strong hands-on experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile development
  • Expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Redux, and component-based architecture
  • Proven experience with migration projects (legacy to modern mobile/web stack)
  • Solid understanding of on-prem infrastructure and hybrid deployment models
  • Experience working in or around Loyalty, Rewards, CRM, or Customer Engagement domains is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Mobile: React Native, Expo, TypeScript
  • Web: React.js, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Webpack
  • API Integration: RESTful APIs, GraphQL
  • CI/CD & Tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Bitbucket
  • Environment: On-Premise, Linux/Unix
