Job Details

Amentum is currently seeking an Administrative Support Analyst II to support the PM Soldier Survivability (PM SSV) project office under Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier, Huntsville, AL. This position will afford you an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and cohesive team whose mission is to provide and rapidly deliver enhanced protection, individual equipment, and aviation life support capabilities, which provides combat overmatch and facilitates mission execution.

As an Administrative Support Analyst II, you will be expected to provide the following support to the Project Manager Soldier Survivability:
  • Provides secretarial and administrative travel support, and human resources support for the PM and others as necessary.
  • Handles sensitive or confidential information.
  • Manage PM calendar using MS Outlook.
  • Provides administrative and general office support.
  • Prepares a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software.
  • Advises writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communications.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/ Equivalent and three (3) years' or more of experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite of Software.
  • Familiar with Defense Travel System.

Required Clearance:
  • ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret. Please note ship is required to obtain a Secret Government Clearance.
