Job Description
Responsibilities:
The role is responsible for understanding the SAP implementation EHP8 / Rollout / upgrade projects and implementation of HANA system.
As an ABAP Developer the position will collaborate and engage with key program and project teams across the enterprise to conceive, architect and deliver solutions aligned with business requirement.
In this role, the role owner will be responsible for working closely with in-house and vendor technical team across the globe, System integrators and project leadership to deliver/support solutions.
Lead the development of SAP projects using the ABAP standards and processes aligned with strategic objectives to govern solutions.
Support the established AMS team to troubleshoot/address the enhancement issues and incidents.
Provide input on delivery estimation and resource planning to business / project lead for effective planning.
Lead discovery sessions with business subject matter experts across various technical platform areas in delivering high-level design & documentation.
Required Experience:
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information science, management information systems, or business administration
At least 5-10 years of experience in SAP environments in S/4 HANA, Fiori, ECC, SAP Solution Manager.
Minimum 2 years Fiori/HTLM5 development experience for SAP S/4HANA
Minimum 3 years general SAP UI application and development experience (Enterprise Portal, Fiori, or other)
Experience web services including REST, SOAP, Odata servies and API management.
Experience with Solution Manager Change Management (CHARM), Focused Build is a plus.
Ability to develop repeatable development processes with supporting documentation.

o OData services
o AMDP
o CDS
o Fiori Enhancements
o WebdynPro ABAP
HANA Implementation experience (Green & Brown field).
Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment to dissect root cause of issues creating the best solution for IFF considering quality, cost, and speed requirements.
Demonstrated skills in helping negotiate priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, product management and engineering)
Knowledge of QA processes and test-driven development Quality and Security minded approach and experience in managing application data in accordance with data privacy policies
Strong understanding of project management principles and Systems Development Life Cycle standards and familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong cognitive ability especially with respect to understanding, documenting, and describing complex technical subjects.
