Job Title: Mammography Workflow / PACS Support Analyst
Duration: 6 + month contract
Location: 100% Remote - EST hours
Compensation Starting at: $60 /hour
ABOUT OUR CLIENT / ABOUT THIS ROLE
Medix is currently seeking a Mammography Workflow / PACS Support Analyst for a position with one of our largest Health System clients (20+ operational hospitals, and growing).
This individual will be focused on supporting enterprise-wide Radiologists on issues related to Breast Imaging Workflows and PACS - specifically hanging protocols, worklists, and clinical workflows.
Supported products will include Philips Intellispace PACS, Nuance PowerScribe, and a number of breast-imaging modality applications such as DynaCAD / DynaBreast, Syngo.via, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working fully remotely to support Radiologists and help resolve issues with Mammography Workflows, PACS integration, and 3rd party Breast Imaging applications like DynaCad / DynaBreast and Syngo,via.
- Work hours will be a standard Monday - Friday, EST hours
- The role will involve taking support tickets from Radiologists and Rad Techs in the field, and helping to resolve issues with exceptional customer service
- Supporting a suite of Radiology PACS and Mammography Imaging Applications - including Philips Intellispace PACS, Nuance PowerScribe, and issues with DICOM Routing.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 7-10 years professional experience in Radiology Imaging
- Clinical experience as a Registered Technologist in Radiology and/or Mammography
- 5+ years providing IT Support for Radiology Imaging Applications
- PACS - Philips Intellispace Preferred
- Dictation - Nuance PowerScribe
- Mammography / Breast Imaging Modality Applications - DynaCAD, DynaBreast, Syngo.via
- Strong communication skills and customer service abilities
