Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Host, extend, and maintain the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Identify and implement business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Integrate technology solutions with business processes.
  • Consult with stakeholders to implement customized digital solutions.
  • Support and deliver across all phases of the digitalization life cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with business departments to understand needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
Requirement/Must Have:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform technologies:

    Model-driven Apps
  • Canvas Apps.
  • Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
  • SharePoint.
  • Adaptive Cards.
  • Dataverse.
  • On-premise custom connectors.
  • Experience in IT application development with knowledge of the full software development life cycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose problems, evaluate options, and deliver solutions.
  • Proficiency in developing and configuring Power Platform CoE Kit.
  • Experience configuring Dataverse and managing Security Roles.
  • Proficiency in creating custom connectors and integrations using REST APIs.
  • General programming knowledge including object-oriented programming principles.
  • Database design and development experience with platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB.
  • Working knowledge of version control, automated deployments, and automated testing.
Should Have:
  • PL-200 (Power Platform App Maker) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) certification.
  • Strong communication and consultative skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Collaborative team mindset and a willingness to contribute across roles.
  • Adaptive and motivated to learn and adopt new technologies and programming languages.
  • Basic understanding of SSO technologies such as NTLM, Kerberos, OAuth.
  • Interest in advanced technologies such as R, Python, Machine Learning, AI, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, and Robotics.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience with:

    Visual Studio.
  • .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • REST API integration.
  • Azure services.
  • JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Entity Framework.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • Several years of professional experience in IT development and application lifecycle management.
