Customer Support Representative | North County, San Diego | Contract to Hire

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Posses strong technical, communication,and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience providing remote support to customers in a high-volume call center environment is a MUST!
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and NetSuite
  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant technical certifications is a plus!

What You'll Do:

  • Manage email tickets, phone calls, and chat functions
  • Request video diagnostics and make recommendations/order replacement parts
  • Assist with shipping and delivery questions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support.
