Job Title: Telecom Analyst Avaya Specialist Job ID: 25-09579 Location: PHX, AZ 85003 Duration: 06 months on W2 contract

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Telecommunications Analyst with strong Avaya system programming skills to support and manage voice communication systems for a client s Office. Acts as a liaison between departments and vendors, troubleshoots network issues, and supports telecom/video projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with vendors (e.g., Windstream, Avaya) for high-level support
  • Plan and implement telecom and video projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues
  • Maintain system documentation, reports, and inventory
  • Represent the division in internal and external meetings


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in telecom or voice communication roles
  • Strong knowledge of Avaya System Manager/Session Manager (certification required)
  • Experience in telecom project management and vendor coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Cisco training/certification is a plus


Education: Avaya Programming Certificate required
