Job Title: Telecom Analyst Avaya Specialist Job ID: 25-09579 Location: PHX, AZ 85003 Duration: 06 months on W2 contract
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Telecommunications Analyst with strong Avaya system programming skills to support and manage voice communication systems for a client s Office. Acts as a liaison between departments and vendors, troubleshoots network issues, and supports telecom/video projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interface with vendors (e.g., Windstream, Avaya) for high-level support
- Plan and implement telecom and video projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues
- Maintain system documentation, reports, and inventory
- Represent the division in internal and external meetings
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in telecom or voice communication roles
- Strong knowledge of Avaya System Manager/Session Manager (certification required)
- Experience in telecom project management and vendor coordination
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cisco training/certification is a plus
Education: Avaya Programming Certificate required
