Job Description

Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Locations: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 12 months+
 
 
Ensures all phases of desktop support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, followed-up and resolved properly.
Configure new hardware and deploy new software as needed.
Work with ticketing system OS Ticket , Ticket based Windows OS support.
Excellent knowledge using and troubleshooting Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, GPO, printer, core applications & networks.
Minimum 3-5 years Desktop Support Experience.
End-to-end internal user support at Tier 1 level- Phone, helpdesk line or email box.
Provides IT desktop services/support for projects involving technical rollouts and upgrades.
Strong dedication to quality customer service and a working knowledge of enterprise-wide service delivery procedures
Must be able to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
