About This Role:

Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Hyperion Administrator & Financial Analyst. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who excels at managing financial systems while also providing actionable financial analysis to drive business decisions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting and improving financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insightful analysis.

Responsibilities:

Hyperion Administration
  • Administer and maintain Hyperion applications.
  • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, including new reports, business rules, and forms.
  • Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Maintain and update metadata members and hierarchy and data integrity across financial systems.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Hyperion applications.
  • Provide support and training to end-users, addressing issues, and queries related to Hyperion systems.
Financial Analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting and variance analysis using Hyperion tools.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.

The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience with Government Contractor company preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in financial systems administration and analysis, with expertise in Hyperion tools.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial planning, and planning processes.
  • Proficiency in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and SmartView.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Experience with other financial systems (e.g. Oracle, UANET) is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present financial, systems, and data information clearly and concisely to senior management.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines, taking responsibility for completing tasks efficiently.
