Job Description
We are looking for SCCM Deployment Support Specialists to join our Montreal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SCCM and deployment support, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. This role requires flexibility to work on weekends for deployment activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform deployment pre-checks and post-deployment follow-ups, including metrics reporting.
Manage deployments via SCCM with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with teams through ServiceNow and Jira for tracking and issue management.
Use basic PowerShell scripting to assist with automation tasks.
Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 OS, Citrix Virtual Desktop, and desktop applications.
Document processes, ensure smooth execution, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience with SCCM.
Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.
Knowledge of Windows OS (Win10/11), Citrix, and MS Excel.
Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
Desired / Secondary Skills
Application Packaging experience.
Additional expertise in SCCM configuration and management.
