Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a self-motivated creative traffic coordinator to support our team and projects. In this role, you will oversee a diverse range of creative and branding projects, effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, and react with appropriate urgency and thoughtfulness to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. The coordinator will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including our internal and external communication teams, HR, IT, and other business personnel, to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

This role is vital to our Corporate team, and we are seeking a candidate who is meticulous, consistent, agile, and a team player.

This role offers a 100% remote work schedule, with expected business hours being 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Overseeing a variety of creative and brand projects, such as digital and print materials, ad campaigns, social content, marketing videos, articles, script writing, copy editing, etc.
  • Coordinating project activities from start to end, including production schedules, intake calls, brainstorming sessions, creative briefs, draft reviews, and final file delivery.
  • Documenting project details in our project management system (Wrike), researching and gathering all necessary information, setting up tasks, assigning internal resources, and ensuring assignees understand the goals of each project.
  • Addressing obstacles that are flagged as impediments to moving a project forward in the workflow-such as missing information, delays, and pending approvals-in a timely manner.
  • Regularly communicating project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management and escalating potential issues to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Reviewing daily workloads and adjusting assignments as needed, ensuring appropriate talent is used and workloads are evenly maintained. Re-prioritizing tasks if needed to meet deadlines.
  • Managing a high volume of requests and projects at different stages in the workflow, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and personal goals are met.
  • Ensuring final project deliverables align with business objectives, meet brand standards, and are completed on time. Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in traffic coordination or project management, preferably in a creative or marketing environment
  • Knowledge of creative processes and best practices
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Wrike or other PM platforms) and software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ability to approach new challenges with a can-do, enthusiastic attitude

What Desired Skills You'll Bring
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, creative problem solver, and highly adaptable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management skills
