Job Description We are working with a company located in Ohio that is focused on Jet Aviation Space. They operate the largest, most diverse private aircraft fleet in the world and offers a full range of personalized private aviation solutions to meet the high standards of travelers. Integration with third-party applications within their Global Communications Technologies organization. This company is looking for a Senior Contact Center Engineer to bring in a team-oriented and creative player.
In this position you will work and collaborate across teams to ensure the development, implementation, and configuration of Genesys Cloud solutions. Having experience of contact center technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and expertise in architecting customer solutions. This role will involve designing and deploying API strategies, integrating with CRM and ERP systems. Using conversational AI platforms to support their large deployments. Required Skills & Experience

- 3 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud or Pure Cloud.
- Prior experience with AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, Generative AI, large language models, restful API, and prompt engineering.
- Proven capability to address complex technical situations with effective resolutions.
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and collaboratively, to add value.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Genesys Cloud solutions and cloud technologies.
- BS in Telecommunications or Information Technology
- Genesys Certified Professional Certification highly preferred.
- Strong ability to facilitate and emphasize the technical aspect.
- Proven capability to address complex technical situations with effective resolutions.
