About the Role
We are seeking a professional and energetic Front Desk Administrator to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone with receptionist or customer support experience who thrives in a people-facing environment and can also take ownership of office events and activites
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Coordinate office operations including supplies, meeting rooms, and vendor support.
Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements as needed.
Organize and conduct internal office events, team-building activities, and celebrations.
Support leadership and HR teams in creating a positive employee experience.
Ensure the front desk and common areas remain tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
Qualifications
1 3 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or customer support/admin role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
