Position: Director of Sales Insights
Location: Boston, MA-Hybrid (2 days per week)

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years' prior work experience in data, analytics, business management
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred, banking, capital markets, insurance. Asset management industry experience a plus
- Expert at SQL and Excel for querying and manipulating data for analysis and visualization
- Proven investment experience and a strong understanding of portfolio management and the investment landscape.
- Proven track record of turning data into actionable insights to support executive decision-making
- Demonstrated success working with data discovery, analytics, visualization, and business intelligence tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insight
