Client Locations :- Battle Creek, MI and New Cumberland, PA

Travel on needed basis is fine

Must "This individual will have direct experience and an intimate understanding of Department of Defense(DoD) logistics solutions and Federal Item Master Data."

SAP Business Analyst Mid-Level

1. The Business Analyst Mid-Level may provide knowledge in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts or in translating business process needs into technical requirements.

2. The Business Analyst uses available computer systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for performance improvement to determine the most useful business solution.

3. The Business Analyst may implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress.

4. Determines and documents user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects. Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes and procedures.

5. Provides expertise in, but not limited to, Configuration Management, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis.

6. Mid-Level performs more varied and difficult tasks compared to Junior-Level yet has less autonomy than Senior-Level.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

2. Must have at least 5 years of experience leading requirements for business requirements for SAP solutions in at least 2 of the following:

a. SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

b. SAP Transportation Management (TM)

c. SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) or SAP Business Suite 4 SAP High-Performance Analytic Appliance (HANA)

d. SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or other workflow tool to manage SAP master data

3. Must have experience re-engineering business processes to align with SAP capabilities.

4. Position Sensitivity required at start of period of performance: Non-Critical Sensitive
