Job Title: Product Owner / Manager
Location: St Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC (hybrid)
Job type: 12+ contract


Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Business Execution.
  • Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for a portfolio of applications and their supporting components.
  • Serve as the primary Product Owner on an agile team-manage backlogs, define sprint strategies, and facilitate daily standups.
  • Lead strategic projects, including the creation of an internal Investment Policy Statement for managed accounts.
  • Oversee integration with a new Proxy Voting platform, collaborating with external vendors and internal partners.
  • Coordinate the migration to an updated Option Strategy order entry system and ensure a seamless transition.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to support highpriority work planned for 2026 and beyond.
  • Identify and manage dependencies with internal and external third parties, including vendor engagement and intake submissions.
  • Proactively recognize and communicate risks related to ongoing initiatives; propose solutions and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Prioritize and manage backlogs
  • Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner, preferably in financial services or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing crossfunctional teams and complex projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate vendor relationships and drive results in a collaborative setting.
  • Experience with backlog management, sprint planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Approved locations are St Louis and Charlotte

Pay Range: $55 - $65
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
