- Requirements gathering and analysis for C2M system.
- Design and configuration of C2M.
- Support UAT and provide end-user guidance.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements/specifications.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired C2M functionality.
- Provide expertise in rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management.
- Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M.
