POSITION OVERVIEW

Note; This is a FULLTIME PERMANENT POSITION. 2 spots, 1 candidate must live in Columbus, and the other must be in the Eastern time zone. NO SPONSORSHIPS WITH THESE ROLES.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate effectively within Agile teams, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Utilize modern development practices such as version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.

  • Work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) to architect and deploy contemporary applications.

  • Continuously learn and experiment with new technologies, demonstrating adaptability and curiosity.

  • Mentor and support teammates by sharing best practices and providing architectural and design guidance.

  • Represent the organization professionally in client interactions, delivering high-quality work independently when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven full-stack development experience, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), enterprise languages (e.g., Java), and strong database skills (SQL or similar).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), or a strong on-prem background paired with demonstrated cloud interest.

  • Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and modern DevOps concepts.

  • Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and an understanding of iterative development.

  • Strong grasp of modern engineering practices, including automated testing and DevOps-aligned workflows.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to operate independently in client-facing settings.

  • An innovative mindset and willingness to adopt emerging tools and AI-driven methods to enhance development practices and client outcomes.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
