Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to help advance outstanding business processes leveraging a new ERP platform. This individual will be full time employee and joining a high performing team local to Dallas, TX. This role's focus is to create value through leveraging technology to enhance operational success.

salary: $80,000 - 85,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Create value for the company by leveraging technology to enhance operational success.
- Provide subject matter expertise within specific applications such as Accounting, Project Management, Purchasing, etc.
- Participate in activities and meetings for implementation and rollout of any new or existing systems and applications for the company
- Run team trainings on systems and applications and assists in configuring the application to support operations
- Help with the development of Analytical and Transactional SQL-Based Reports
- Act as a central resource for post-implementation support and maintenance of all end-user applications
- Define, document and understand existing business processes and procedures and works with leadership to identify, recommend and implement new procedures to maximize efficiencies with new or existing applications
- Responsible for testing activities, including documenting test plans and scenarios, executing test cases, documenting and submitting problems to the appropriate resource for corrections
- Participate in end-user requirement definition and analysis activities.
