    job summary:

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Application Support Specialist to help advance outstanding business processes leveraging a new ERP platform. This individual will be full time employee and joining a high performing team local to Dallas, TX. This role's focus is to create value through leveraging technology to enhance operational success.

    • Create value for the company by leveraging technology to enhance operational success.

    • Provide subject matter expertise within specific applications such as Accounting, Project Management, Purchasing, etc.

    • Participate in activities and meetings for implementation and rollout of any new or existing systems and applications for the company

    • Run team trainings on systems and applications and assists in configuring the application to support operations

    • Help with the development of Analytical and Transactional SQL-Based Reports

    • Act as a central resource for post-implementation support and maintenance of all end-user applications

    • Define, document and understand existing business processes and procedures and works with leadership to identify, recommend and implement new procedures to maximize efficiencies with new or existing applications

    • Responsible for testing activities, including documenting test plans and scenarios, executing test cases, documenting and submitting problems to the appropriate resource for corrections

    • Participate in end-user requirement definition and analysis activities.



    • Experience level: Experienced
    • Minimum 5 years of experience

    • Education: Bachelors (required)

  • APPLICATION SUPPORT (5 years of experience is required)
  • Oracle Database Admin (5 years of experience is preferred)
