POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Service Management (ITSM) Change Coordinator to join our IT team. This position is vital for reviewing production change requests and ensuring they adhere to standards. The ideal candidate will understand ITIL framework principles, have experience with daily change enablement activities, and have exceptional customer service skills.

PROJECT INFORMATION:

Support existing efforts to review change requests and coordinate related activities, such as delivery.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and process the change request queue.
• Communicate change schedules to team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare for and participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Provide guidance and support to IT teams, ensuring adherence to change enablement protocols and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to relevant compliance requirements and regulatory standards throughout the change enablement process.
• Contribute to continuously improving the change enablement process, ensuring it is aligned with ITIL best practices and industry standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of ITIL framework and IT Service Management concepts.
• Ability to prioritize efficiently and manage competing demands while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience working in an ITSM toolset (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, etc.)
• One or more years of change enablement or related ITSM practice experience.
• Two or more years of experience in IT or related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is preferred.
