Responsibility for the roles is to Provides a centralized portal through which all authorized users can access conversational AI and natural language processing capabilities. Connects securely with enterprise data, systems, and productivity tools.
Supports user creation of customized AI assistants/chatbots.
Supports low-code and no-code workflows for users with varying technical expertise.
Offers enterprise-level oversight and management of data and other information accessible to the solution.
Use cases include, but are not limited to:
Customer support automation (e.g., chatbots, ticket summarization)
Document intelligence (e.g., summarizing policies, analyzing contracts) Productivity boosts (e.g., drafting reports)
