We seek a motivated, passionate, diligent, creative, and customer-oriented systems analyst with significant expertise in business analysis, data mapping, system integration, and problem-solving.

You will be part of an exciting modernization project where the legacy system and complex business processes are transformed or retired.


Essential Functions:

What will you do when you join our team?

  • You will design complex workflows highlighting business processes.
  • You can understand and articulate multiple systems integrations clearly.
  • You are highly skilled at mapping data across numerous integrated systems.
  • You can work effectively with Product Managers and Business Users to create product features and roadmaps.
  • You are analytical and technical and can identify workable solutions that do not consume development capacity.
  • You will translate technical information for Product Managers and stakeholders to consume.
  • You will articulate business problems to your team, enabling them to design the best solution.
  • You write clear and compelling technical user stories for the team.
  • You will work with architects and development leads defining solutions.
  • There is no "I" in team. All team members dig in to help wherever needed.
  • You can work across groups to identify and resolve risks and dependencies
  • You have exceptional communication and analytical skills.


Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Salesforce experience required
  • BS/BA degree in a related field and/or comparable industry related experience required
  • 5+ years of technical experience
  • Understanding of Agile Principles
  • Salesforce Admin Certified a plus
