Hosted Services Coordinator


This position has both technical and operational components. You will assist with the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of the Azure-hosted environment and related applications to provide a responsive, highly available, and secure computing environment.



  • Collaborates with other IT teams to improve systems support, monitoring, and administration. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes.
  • Provision and decommission resources as needed
  • Implement and maintain thorough monitoring of system uptime, overall performance, intrusion detection and error conditions
  • Establish and maintain Azure DevOps tools and practices for cloud infrastructure management at scale
  • Continued improvement of automated deployments in Pre-Production and Production environments
  • Ensure data retention, availability, scalability, backup, and recovery of the deployed network infrastructure
  • Work with the Development team and CISO to improve security posture of the cloud platform, including technical enforcement of policies and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain cloud system architecture and usage documents and assist in responding to customer documentation requests such as system security questionnaires and RFPs
  • Maintain and enforce compliance standards such as SOC2 and IOS27001



  • 2+ years of Azure or related experience using cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of Azure’s cloud service architecture and components
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL Server administration, performance & tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Experience writing PowerShell scripts
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and services, firewalls, load balancers
  • Real world experience implementing and maintaining SaaS multi-tenant with high availability requirements
