Qualifications:
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and students
  • Demonstrated success of excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with help desk ticketing system required
  • Experience managing macOS preferred
  • Experience managing Chromebooks, Macs, and Apple iPad
  • Experience with MDM solutions such as JAMF preferred
  • Familiarity with essential network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points
  • Understand basic networking concepts, including IP, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
  • Familiar with online assessment platforms such as MAP, IAR, and ISA
  • IT certification is highly preferred

Job Duties:
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with all staff and students.
  • Responding to all help desk tickets within the timeframe set forth by the administration
  • Collaborating with Principals and LRC directors to determine staff technology needs
  • Appropriately prioritize problem tickets due to the severity and number of affected users
  • Differentiating between hardware, software, and network service issues
  • Maintaining building technology equipment by keeping accurate inventory records of devices and proactively assessing equipment status
  • Creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining user accounts using appropriate tools
  • Providing essential hardware maintenance, cleaning, and upgrading as needed
  • Maintaining an online calendar with daily building location and schedule
  • Attending training and/or staff development as required

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Salary/Benefits: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour commensurate with experience
Additional benefits per Board Policy 5.330

Additional Information: 12 month, 1.0 full time equivalent position
