Qualifications:
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and students
- Demonstrated success of excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with help desk ticketing system required
- Experience managing macOS preferred
- Experience managing Chromebooks, Macs, and Apple iPad
- Experience with MDM solutions such as JAMF preferred
- Familiarity with essential network equipment such as routers, switches, and access points
- Understand basic networking concepts, including IP, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
- Familiar with online assessment platforms such as MAP, IAR, and ISA
- IT certification is highly preferred
Job Duties:
- Communicating effectively and professionally with all staff and students.
- Responding to all help desk tickets within the timeframe set forth by the administration
- Collaborating with Principals and LRC directors to determine staff technology needs
- Appropriately prioritize problem tickets due to the severity and number of affected users
- Differentiating between hardware, software, and network service issues
- Maintaining building technology equipment by keeping accurate inventory records of devices and proactively assessing equipment status
- Creating, troubleshooting, and maintaining user accounts using appropriate tools
- Providing essential hardware maintenance, cleaning, and upgrading as needed
- Maintaining an online calendar with daily building location and schedule
- Attending training and/or staff development as required
