THE WORK
In this exciting role you will:

Develop multi-layer test software to support automated production testing inclusive of data acquisition, device control, equipment control, and data processing in an antenna range environment
Develop enhanced automation and tech insertions to build efficiencies into test and data acquisition processes
Utilize Linux software and Matlab to develop and implement test scripts and automation tools
Utilize RF measurement devices such as signal generators, network analyzers, power meters, and spectrum analyzers to test passive and actively steered electronic arrays and subcomponents
Provide design inputs for phased arrays and sub systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and testing of phased arrays and sub systems
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of multiple Solid State Radar programs
Apply knowledge of RF and Digital principals to troubleshoot and root cause issues as they arise in the production environment
Lead and mentor new generations production engineers

Basic Qualifications

Minimum Secret security clearance
Minimum 5 years of experience in RF engineering, digital signal processing, or related field
Highly proficient in the use of RF measurement devices such as signal generators, network analyzers, power meters, and spectrum analyzers
Experience with Linux software development and scripting
Experience with Matlab software development and scripting
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desired skills

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering field
Experience with the Solid State Radar AESA and Sub systems
Experience with design and development of digital and RF modules
Knowledge of system architecture and integration
Experience with automation tools and test script development in Antenna Test Range environments

Work Schedule Information
