What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, specifically with Cisco technologies, and will play a key role in the network refresh of all switches. This role requires a proactive individual with leadership qualities and project management skills to manage and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless and secure operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, configure, and implement Cisco network infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Utilize Cisco ISE, DNA Center, and Catalyst Center for network automation, security policy enforcement, and centralized management.
• Configure and troubleshoot complex switching technologies, including VLANs, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), and EtherChannel.
• Monitor network performance and conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy network solutions and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers and team members.
• Develop comprehensive documentation of network configurations, procedures, and topology.
• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, providing guidance and support.
• Manage network-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align network projects with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) certifications are required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Cisco Network Engineer or similar role, with a proven track record in leading network infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in Cisco ISE, DNA Center, Catalyst Center, and other Cisco networking technologies.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with switching technologies, VLANs, trunking, and network security protocols.
• Strong leadership qualities with demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Ability to hold TS/SCI
