Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be actively involved in the lifecycle of an enterprise-level implementation, from initial requirements collection through to ongoing enhancement support post-deployment. The individual must adeptly liaise between stakeholders, internal team members, and external partners to outline, test, document, and rollout solutions tailored to business needs. Continuous management of the Hosting Portal and Comprehensive services reporting will be a hallmark of this role. This position requires someone with a strong foundation in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or comparable experience.

Educational and Professional Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Core Competencies:
- A minimum of three years' experience in a ModelN Analyst role.
- Comprehensive understanding of ModelN functionalities, including out-of-the-box configurations.
- Profound capability in overseeing a CRM platform's operations and ongoing sustenance.
- Competence in reading and understanding Java programming to ascertain and address issues.
- Advanced problem identification and resolution aptitude.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in using ModelN's importer and handling related methodologies.
- Prior professional engagement within the semiconductor industry will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Rosettanet standards and protocols is desirable.

Key Duties:
- Employ analytical methods to rectify business challenges.
- Systematic documentation of operational procedures, incident logs, and updates to tracking logs.
- Development and delivery of comprehensive training modules to educate customers on the utilization of ModelN offerings.
- Understanding and applying knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategies, and contract administration, though not mandatory, would be beneficial.
