    Job Description

    We are partnered with an premier IT management and support business with over 25 years of experience providing professional Information Technology services to both the public and private sector who is looking for a driven, honest, and proactive Systems Administrator that can work both in office and in the field. This is a contract-to-hire position.

    In office: Monday and Friday In field: Tuesday-Thursday

    $250/month stipend for gas + $10K sign on bonus.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Provide L3 Helpdesk Support for internal team, client tickets, and managed cloud services.
    • Writing technical documentation for existing and future clients.
    • Scheduled support for client locations and reactive onsite support for client locations.
    • Assist Network Consultants with projects and maintenance tasks.
    • Afterhours and weekends support for 24x7 clients. (Monthly On-Call Rotation).
    • Scheduled visits to maintain technical relationship with clients.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 3+ Years hands-on work experience as a Network Administrator
    • LAN/WAN knowledge and configuration
    • VLAN Knowledge and Software Configuration
    • Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, and SQL experience
    • VMware Virtual Technology / SAN / Storage Technology
    • Strong Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Other Network Protocols
    • Enterprise Antivirus Solutions
    • Enterprise Level Firewall experience. SonicWALL Experience desired.
    • Ability to Install Network and Server Equipment into Four Post Racks. Lifting 50-100 lbs.
    • Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10 Configuration and Troubleshooting
    • Network +, MCSA, or Higher
    • Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Required / Reliable Transportation Required; This Position Will Require Travel
