About the Role

We re looking for a Security Engineering Lead to spearhead the design, build, and ongoing management of our global security infrastructure. You ll lead a team of skilled engineers and work cross-functionally to embed security across the software development lifecycle and operations. This is a high-impact, strategic role within our Global Information Security Team, whose mission is to ensure our firm s and clients security worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Mentor: Build and manage a high-performing team of security engineers across regions.
  • Architect Security Solutions: Drive implementation of advanced security systems, including cloud security, privileged access management, and application/system hardening.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Dev, Infra, and Ops teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows.
  • Optimize Tools: Evaluate and fine-tune security technologies for performance and effectiveness.
  • Educate and Empower: Deliver security training and best practices across engineering teams.
  • Document & Report: Maintain system documentation and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a leadership role within a security engineering team.
  • 5+ years in hands-on security engineering, covering both on-prem and cloud environments.
  • Experience with:
    • Privilege and identity management
    • Operating system security and system hardening
    • Network security protocols and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving, risk assessment, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and mentor junior engineers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master s is a plus)
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH (or similar)
  • Linux security experience
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD security integration
  • Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
