Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in MuleSoft and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in API/Web Services testing, SFMC automation and campaign validation, and must hold the SFMC Email Specialist Certification. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and proven skills in both manual and automated testing frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10 years of QA experience with strong expertise in API/Web Services testing and SFMC automation.
  • Proficiency in automation frameworks (MUnit, Rest Assured, SOAPUI, Postman).
  • Strong hands-on experience with SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, XSD, XPath.
  • Good exposure to DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Jenkins).
  • Strong working knowledge of MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform.
  • Experience testing SFMC modules (Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, APIs).
  • Familiarity with AMPScript (nice to have).
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
