Job Desccription:

Core Responsibilities:

• • Process Optimization:
  • Perform and improve journal entry procedures (transactional, subscription, ancillary revenue)
  • Support cash log, DBL (RCI points), and tax reporting processes
  • Conduct reconciliations and error reporting
  • Provide audit support (external, internal, statutory, tax)
  • Collaborate on testing for new products/processes
• Data Management & Integration
  • Collect and integrate data into Snowflake
  • Maintain mapping tables in Snowflake
  • Automate workflows using SQL
• Reporting & Visualization
  • Develop and enhance PowerBI dashboards
  • Advance Snowflake-to-PowerBI reporting capabilities
• Financial Modeling
  • Use Advanced Excel for modeling and analysis
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between:
  • Finance and IT
  • Finance and Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, Marketing
  • North America Finance and regional Finance teams
• Change Management & Communication
  • Drive digital transformation and reporting improvements
  • Clearly explain complex processes to end users

Key Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in:
• Data analytics (core requirement)
• Finance/accounting (preferred)
• Data science (preferred)

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in:

• SQL (especially within Snowflake)
• PowerBI
• Advanced Excel
• Python
