Summary

Job Summary The Visualfabriq Functional Lead will be responsible for leading Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementation initiatives for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organizations. This role requires deep expertise in TPM processes and Visualfabriq platform implementations to drive successful end-to-end project delivery. The Functional Lead will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions, optimize business processes, support deployment activities, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead TPM functional design workshops with stakeholders across Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Demand Planning, and IT. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Visualfabriq solution designs and configuration strategies. Define and optimize TPM processes, including promotion planning, budget management, claims and deductions, accruals and settlements, promotion execution, forecasting, analytics, approval workflows, and post-event analysis. Provide guidance on TPM best practices and process optimization within CPG environments. Support business process harmonization initiatives and global template development efforts. Review and validate functional specifications, user stories, business requirements, and configuration documentation. Support organizational change management and user adoption activities throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and technical teams to manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Support project estimation, planning, and proposal development activities. Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution. Provide leadership during System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities. Coordinate with client stakeholders, implementation teams, and vendor partners to resolve project issues and escalations. Participate in governance meetings and provide status updates to project and executive stakeholders. Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities. Foster strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management (TPM), CPG commercial systems, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Hands-on experience implementing Visualfabriq TPM solutions. Strong understanding of CPG trade promotion processes and commercial operations. Experience leading functional workstreams during enterprise software implementations. Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering skills. Ability to effectively bridge business and technical discussions. Experience working within global, cross-functional implementation teams. Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with other TPM/TPO platforms, including Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM, Anaplan, Exceedra, or XTEL. Experience working within global Consumer Packaged Goods organizations. Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) concepts and processes. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. Experience supporting business development activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal creation. Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications PMP, Scrum, SAP, or related certifications are preferred. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Project Management Professional , Certified Scrum Master (CSM) , SAP
